High-intensity interval training (HIIT) or strength training keeps your metabolism elevated for hours, burning fat long after you leave the gym.
Try This: Do 20 minutes of HIIT—30 seconds of sprinting followed by 1-minute walking, repeated for 15-20 minutes. Your body will burn fat all day.
